Delivery Policy


  • You can check “Delivery Address Verification” to confirm whether we deliver to your area.
  • Deliveries are currently available only for the following Pin Codes:

Serviceable Pin Codes:
276305-Saraimeer Near By Areas.

276304(PhoolPur),223227(Sanjarpur),226001(Azamgarh)– Upoming Delivery Very Soon Starting . But Not Yet Delivering On this Pin Codes.

If delivery is unavailable to your area, you will be notified during checkout.


2. Delivery Timings

  • All orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered on the same day (except for restaurant food orders).
  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
  • Monday is our non-operational day, So Parcial/Delay deliveries will be made on that day.


3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined based on your order value:

Order Value Delivery Charge
Up to ₹300 ₹30
₹300 to ₹500 ₹20
Above ₹500 ₹10

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout stage.


4. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are done contactless to ensure safety. Orders will be dropped at your doorstep or lobby area for apartment buildings.
  • Our delivery personnel will notify you via call or text upon delivery.
  • Customers are requested to collect and verify their orders at the delivery point. No disputes will be entertained once the order has been accepted.


5. Order Cut-off and Transit Time

Order Time Delivery Date
Before 8:00 PM Same Day Delivery
After 8:00 PM Next Business Day Delivery

  • For example: If an order is placed before 8:00 PM on Wednesday, it will be delivered on Thursday. If the order is placed after 8:00 PM, delivery will be made on Friday.
  • Deliveries are available on public holidays.


6. Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • UPI Payments


7. Replacement Policy

  • There are no returns for any products. However, in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer replacements.
  • Customers must report any such issues to our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Any undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can arrange a redelivery, but additional delivery charges may apply.
