Delivery Policy
At Grocly, we strive to provide fast and hassle-free delivery to all our valued customers. Please read our detailed delivery guidelines below:
1. Delivery Service Availability
- You can check “Delivery Address Verification” to confirm whether we deliver to your area.
- Deliveries are currently available only for the following Pin Codes:

If delivery is unavailable to your area, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Delivery Timings
- All orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered on the same day (except for restaurant food orders).
- Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
- Monday is our non-operational day, So Parcial/Delay deliveries will be made on that day.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined based on your order value:

₹300 to ₹500 | ₹20 |
Above ₹500 | ₹10 |
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout stage.
4. Delivery Process
- Deliveries are done contactless to ensure safety. Orders will be dropped at your doorstep or lobby area for apartment buildings.
- Our delivery personnel will notify you via call or text upon delivery.
- Customers are requested to collect and verify their orders at the delivery point. No disputes will be entertained once the order has been accepted.
5. Order Cut-off and Transit Time

- For example: If an order is placed before 8:00 PM on Wednesday, it will be delivered on Thursday. If the order is placed after 8:00 PM, delivery will be made on Friday.
- Deliveries are available on public holidays.
6. Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI Payments
7. Replacement Policy
- There are no returns for any products. However, in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer replacements.
- Customers must report any such issues to our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Important Notes
- Delivery times are approximate. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other external factors.
- If your order is not delivered as expected, kindly contact us for assistance.
- Any undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can arrange a redelivery, but additional delivery charges may apply.
